Linksys and Cisco lead the way providing IP-voice and network switching, routing and security solutions however, as a certified HP ProCurve and as a Microsoft / HP Frontline Partner we can offer competitive solutions. We usually lead with Dell server and PC systems but again, when clients prefer the competitive offerings from HP or IBM, competing systems are readily available to us through our distribution partners, Tech Data and Ingram Micro. Dell provides the majority of our PCs but Acer, HP, Fujitsu, Lenovo, Sony, and Toshiba options are also available from us and are often preferred to Dell when sourcing ultra light laptops or tablets.

Corporate antivirus solutions from CA lead the way with Symantec’s latest client protection suite offering hope for a strong alternative for software security to protect PCs and servers. Trend Micro gateway security solutions are also offered and supported. Microsoft Frontline Security is beginning to gain credibility and may be a desirable option in the near future.

HiWAAY Internet Services provides a cost-effective pass-through SPAM email filtering service. Firewall and other content filtering solutions are offered from Cisco, Linksys, Linux – custom developed, and SonicWALL.

Symantec backup is preferred for internally hosted systems with target media including tape, Networked Attached Storage (NAS), and Storage Area Network (SAN) options from Buffalo, Dell, Hitachi, and Overland Storage and Seagate. Off-site Internet vaulting solutions are offered from Symantec, Ingram Micro, and Seagate.

We work independently with numerous local Telco circuit vendors such as AT&T, Bright House Networks, Cavalier Telephone, Charter Communications, CenturyTel, DeltaCom, Knology, Time Warner and Verizon.
